Refund Policy

Refund policy Online training – Short courses 

100% refund

  • HINSW will offer a full refund to learners if they are unable to continue to offer the course that the learner was enrolled for.
  • HINSW will offer a full refund to learners if they experience major issues with the Learning management system, where the issue is not able to be fixed for 3 business days.

80% refund

  • The refund is requested in writing with in 7 days of the enrolment being finalised. The learner has not commenced any of the assessments on the Learning management system.
  • The learner has commenced the program experiences a major accident, death in the family or health condition that prevents them from engaging in the training. Must be requested with in the 4 week enrolment period.

No refund

  • No refunds will be provided if the learner has been enrolled for longer than 7 days, has completed more than 1 module (Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory). 

 

Notes

  • Learners should email a request to cancel to the following email address: support@hinsw.com.au. A withdrawal form will need to be completed for your request to be reviewed and actioned.

· If the learner requests a refund for one product within a bundle. The refund will only apply to a portion of the amount paid.

· Please be mindful, these conditions take into consideration the hard work conducted by our team to process enrolments, provide learner support and assessor work submitted. Along with monthly subscription costs for the Learning management system.

 

Live / Virtual workshops – Short courses

100% refund

  • HINSW will offer a full refund to learners if they are unable to continue to offer the course that the learner was enrolled for.
  • HINSW will offer a full refund to learners if the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if they experience major issues with the Learning management system, where the issue is not able to be fixed for 3 business days.

80% refund

  • The refund is requested in writing with in 7 days of the enrolment being finalised. The learner has not commenced any of the assessments on the Learning management system.
  • The learner has commenced the program experiences a major accident, death in the family or health condition that prevents them from engaging in the training. Must be requested with in the 4 week enrolment period.

No refund

  • No refunds will be provided if the learner has been enrolled for longer than 7 days, has completed more than 1 module (Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory). 
  • No refunds will be provided if the learner missed the scheduled workshop (Learners must notify support staff 7 days prior to the schedule workshop if they wish to reschedule. This must fall within the enrolment period or extension fees will apply)

No shows and change of dates for scheduled workshops

  • If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you must provide a minimum of 3 days notice. Email: support@hinsw.com.au.
  • Workshop numbers are limited. By not showing up to a scheduled workshop, you are preventing another learner from attended the workshop. No shows will be changed a fee of $30 to rebook the workshop.
  • Enrolment period for the course is a maximum of 4 weeks. Extensions will incur a monthly fee to remain enrolled in the course (Maximum 6 months).
