This course bundle contains a two of short courses designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to work with in a busy hospitality environment. These accredited courses will ensure you are serving alcohol responsibly and are able to provide gambling support to customers potentially experiencing gambling harm.
This training is to help Club Directors of venues with gaming machines in NSW meet their mandatory training requirements. It gives Club Directors a high-level understanding of their venue’s responsibility to minimise gambling harm.
The Advanced Responsible conduct of gambling course provides you with the resources and practical skills to identify and proactively intervene to support patrons that might be experiencing gambling harm.
The SITHGAM022 Provide responsible gambling services by HINSW trains hospitality staff to assist customers experiencing gambling harm, offering a one-day virtual workshop with certification upon completion.
