These accredited courses will ensure you are serving alcohol responsibly and are able to provide gambling support to customers potentially experiencing gambling harm.
The Advanced Responsible conduct of gambling course provides you with the resources and practical skills to identify and proactively intervene to support patrons that might be experiencing gambling harm.
The SITHGAM022 Provide responsible gambling services by HINSW trains hospitality staff to assist customers experiencing gambling harm, offering a one-day virtual workshop with certification upon completion.
